She orchestrates James, Jessica, and Tat across 86,000+ social work records — routing research, analysis, and synthesis intelligently across three workflow modes. IDCC won the Asia-Pacific Social Innovation Partnership Award (Social Prosperity Award) in 2021.
James is a leader in Hong Kong's social innovation sector, specialising in social innovation design, social financing solutions, and supporting social work development in Greater China. He co-founded IDCC and signed its founding contracts with the SIE Fund. In IDCC's AI system, James is the Literature Search Specialist — retrieving and reasoning across 86,000+ academic records.

He presented IDCC's work at the APSIPA Award ceremony in 2021. In IDCC's AI system, Tat is the Report Writer — synthesising team debates into professional reports.

As Lead Investment Stewardship Analyst at BlackRock Greater China, he led proxy voting and corporate governance engagements. At Our Hong Kong Foundation, he researched sustainable finance, ESG, and social impact bonds. He holds an M.Phil. from Cambridge, a Grad Diploma in Maths from LSE, and is a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA, EFFAS).
