She orchestrates James, Jessica, and Tat across 86,000+ social work records — routing research, analysis, and synthesis intelligently across three workflow modes. IDCC won the Asia-Pacific Social Innovation Partnership Award (Social Prosperity Award) in 2021.

James is a leader in Hong Kong's social innovation sector, specialising in social innovation design, social financing solutions, and supporting social work development in Greater China. He co-founded IDCC and signed its founding contracts with the SIE Fund. In IDCC's AI system, James is the Literature Search Specialist — retrieving and reasoning across 86,000+ academic records.

Jessica is an architecture and urban design practitioner at CUHK, holding a Master of Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University GSAPP (Excellence in Design Award). Her research focuses on city resilience, rural-urban symbiosis, and local community empowerment. She practised at Urbanus HK and nARCHITECTS New York. In IDCC's AI system, Jessica is the Data Analysis Specialist — interrogating patterns and proposing conceptual frameworks.

Tat is an urban designer and architectural researcher trained at CUHK, Columbia University, and UCL Bartlett. As CEO of SZC Holdings (Shanzhai City) and former Director of Columbia Studio X Beijing, he specialises in holistic social development solutions for governments and institutions. He presented IDCC's work at the APSIPA Award ceremony in 2021. In IDCC's AI system, Tat is the Report Writer — synthesising team debates into professional reports.

Johnson is an impact measurement and ESG specialist. As Lead Investment Stewardship Analyst at BlackRock Greater China, he led proxy voting and corporate governance engagements. At Our Hong Kong Foundation, he researched sustainable finance, ESG, and social impact bonds. He holds an M.Phil. from Cambridge, a Grad Diploma in Maths from LSE, and is a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA, EFFAS). In IDCC AI, Johnson is the Impact Metrics Specialist — selecting frameworks, ESG standards, and indicators for programmes.

Terence is a Certified Public Accountant (HKICPA), Social Value International Accredited Trainer & Advanced SROI Practitioner, and UNDP SDG Impact Standards Trainer. He has conducted SROI analyses for Caritas, HKSKH, and SIE Fund NGOs. In IDCC AI, Terence is the SROI Calculation Specialist — building value maps, assigning HK financial proxies, applying the four adjustments (deadweight, attribution, displacement, drop-off), computing PV and SROI ratios, and running sensitivity analysis.
