Tat is an urban designer and architectural researcher trained at CUHK, Columbia University, and UCL Bartlett. As CEO of SZC Holdings (Shanzhai City) and former Director of Columbia Studio X Beijing, he specialises in holistic social development solutions for governments and institutions. He presented IDCC's work at the APSIPA Award ceremony in 2021. In IDCC's AI system, Tat is the Report Writer — synthesising team debates into professional reports.

Terence is a Certified Public Accountant (HKICPA), Social Value International Accredited Trainer & Advanced SROI Practitioner, and UNDP SDG Impact Standards Trainer. He has conducted SROI analyses for Caritas, HKSKH, and SIE Fund NGOs. In IDCC AI, Terence is the SROI Calculation Specialist — building value maps, assigning HK financial proxies, applying the four adjustments (deadweight, attribution, displacement, drop-off), computing PV and SROI ratios, and running sensitivity analysis.
